I had an old model which quite working. Had gum bleeding and sore gums for years before starting with water pik. Since using your products bleeding has stopped completely. My dental hygienist says my mouth is so clean she feels like she has nothing to do when cleaning my teeth. Takes about 10 minutes for professional cleaning in Dentist office.

Second one of these for me. Last one battery died after 2 years.
So far running well. Design worries me as whenever I use it I am cinserned that water will get inside. The design of the unnit results in the water cascading out of my mouth and onto the unit. A longer tip might help with this?

I first got the battery charged one and liked it ( though I wish a bit smaller for travel). Decided to get the one that charges from wall. Works great and charge lasts over a week. I feel like I'm doing a great job cleaning my teeth
