Love it, buy the only complaint is we are used to the ones with the tank for water. It holds a lot of water and we run out before finishing waterpicking.

I had this about three weeks now. My previous water pik didn't have very good water pressure, but this does. It also has several different water piks that work very well for flossing. Included are a couple of specials ones for braces/dentures. The hi/low pressure selector is a real good feature that works well.

I bought this Waterpik because my dentist recommended I use a waterpik instead of a toothbrush. Taking her advise I purchased one and believe me it was one of the best decision I've ever made. After using it the first time, my mouth never felt so refresh and clean. I definitely recommend everyone should use one.

Overall, I am satisfied with the Waterpik-450 as, per my dentist, the usage has improved my gums.
My one gripe is the difficulty in going from low-speed to high-speed (and back) during usage. This is important to me because in the aftermath of oral surgery, my dentist recommended low-speed on my mouth's left side and high speed on the right side. Shifting is difficult, and it shouldn't be.
However, in the scheme of things, it's only a nuisance.
