WE ARE ON OUR 2ND WATERPIC AS WE DO LIKE THE FUNCTIONALITY OF IT., HOWEVER, JUST LIKE OUR 1ST ONE, IT WILL NO LONGER CHARGE AND THEREFORE IS OF NO USE. I NEED ANOTHER PROUCT AND WOULD NOT PURCHASE THIS AGAIN.

I bought this product a few weeks ago and it was worth the money. The water pic reaches places where a normal string floss or even a toothpick would not be able to reach, especially with braces.

I have only had the waterpik for a short time. I am still getting used to it. It is easy to use and doesn't take up too much space on the counter. All the buttons are easy to use as well. I would say that I am pleased that I chose this product.
