This is a great dental tool. It's powerful and has a large reservoir. The one suggestion I would make, however, would be to have a battery charge indicator (that would have earned the 5 star rating). I would recommend this product highly.

This product is great for travel. Personally, I bought another Waterpik countertop model for daily use. My dentist recommended both and my teeth look and feel fantastic. Waterpik has made many convenience upgrades over the years. Wish I’d gotten one years ago.

This model has been around for a decade and it's electronics reflect that fact. Why is there no charge status indicator light. My grand daughter's karaoke toy has a charge indicator light.

The WaterPik WP- 450 is simply wonderful. When using it combination with brushing and flossing it makes my teeth feel almost dentist hygienist clean. Last visit to the dentist shows the value of this product.

Works well but poorly designed

I like the way my Waterpik works but the tank is poorly designed. The little door on the tank is very delicate and could easily break off. Mine came off; I was able to snap it back on. But if you broke the door, the Waterpik wouldn't work. And there's no way to totally drain the tank. You can shake most of the water out but a little bit always remains. They say the tank can go into the dishwasher but they way it's designed, the inside of the tank would not be washed. To prevent bacteria, I would prefer to empty the tank and let it dry out, but I'm afraid to leave the little door open overnight because it breaks off so easily. It's frustrating when a good product has obvious design flaws.

Good power. Wish it could drain the water at the end a bit more. I do not like stale water at bottom of the base for next floss. The other issue is the latch opening in the back is clumsy for people with arthritis. Latch is hard to open and falls off when. You struggle with it.
