It has taken me a while to use it without spraying water all over, but now I am happy with it and am happy with the way it works. It helps to make the water warm. When cold it is uncomfortable.

I bought this model about a month ago after having used the countertop reservoir model for YEARS. Wow was I glad I changer. I fing this new handheld so much easier to use. Yes you do need to refill it to do a complete job but the ease of using the handheld greatly outweighs the need to do so. I gave been a water pik user for years and now I'm even more satisfied. Great product.

I bought this portable chargeable waterpik about a week ago and I very pleased. I have a small space and this is perfect. The true test will be in 6 months when I go back to the dentist. I bought it because it's small and rechargeable!
