Worked great until battery needed a charge. Battery would not recharge ! (Used twice a day. ) Customer Support sent out a new replacement. They also told me at that time that the unit should be charged frequently, not just when the battery starts to run low ! That instruction is not in the operators manual. Needs to be there.
I now keep it charged and works fine.
Suggest device have led's indicating battery strength for charging demands.

I use my water pick based on the advice of my dental hygienist. Since I have some deep pockets in areas of my gum, she told me that using a Water Pic will help clean particles from the pockets thus prevent further gum damage. I am anxious for my next dental appointment to find out if it has truly been a benefit to my daily hygiene regime. It seems to be working great and wish I had started using it months ago.
