My dentist suggested I purchase this item. It has been a magnificent tool to help with a gum pocket and an additional layer to my dental health. I'm very happy with my product. I use it twice daily. Could not have had a better product
After using for 2 weeks , water is leaking out from the reservoir. Pressure getting weaker and weaker though it is charged for long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Retainer bearer - We are sorry that the reservoir on your WP-462 model is leaking. The reservoir is not designed to store water between uses, so make sure to empty it when finished flossing. If this is not what you're experiencing, we would be happy to help. Please contact us at 1-800-525-2774 or send an email to smreviews@waterpik.com for assistance.
Pleasantly surprised. Works well. Obviously runs out of water sooner than the corded devises with the water tanks, but you have enough time to rinse your whole mouth. And if you need to wake up your kids in the morning, you can easily squirt them from across the room!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this water flosser! Works so great! My dentist says for those of us that don’t like to floss or feel like it takes to much time this is perfect. It works so fast and easy. My teeth feel so much cleaner and fresh!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The waterpik flosser is a great product. It’s so easy to use and it holds a charge for a long time. The reservoir is much larger than my old one, so it holds more water for a better cleaning. I recommend this product highly.
I've been learning how to use my Waterpik, there is a bit of a learning curve but I do notice it flushes out bits of food, particulary things like tiny fruit seeds that escape even flossing. I read in some reviews that the tip came loose/popped out and I experienced this; I figured out I was hitting the eject button on top of the device while using. I changed my grip and solved that issue. I've also sprayed my mirror and hair a few times while maneuvering the tip in my mouth but I'm getting better with that. I don't like that the only way to completely empty the water take is to hold the unit upright and turn it on, creates a terrible mess so I don't do it often. I worry about the 'standing water' and rinsing the tank after putting it in the dishwasher.
