I have used it about 10 times and still don't feel I am getting the max cleaning. I have to fill the water reservoir at least twice to complete all my teeth. I do feel it cleans, but I just need more practice. I got the cordless to use in the shower but I think it's just as easy at the sink. It can be very messy at first.

We are sorry that you are having difficulty using this model. This specific model is not completely waterproof and should not be used in the shower. This model is designed to be small as it is intended for those who travel and/or have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. It's a good flosser. I use it everyday. Things I dislike about it is that it makes mess and that it has to stay straight for water to flow. Also, it does not have battery life indicator. So you really got to do your own math as to when you should charge it, etc. Overall I'm happy with it.
