Compared to my other water pics, the WP-450 is very awkward. It's too big. I have to use two hands. It doesn't hold as much water as the other models. I have to fill up the the reservoir twice. The pressure is lower. I'm sorry that I bought it.

We are sorry that you found this model to be difficult to use. It is designed to be small for those who travel and with little or no counter space. Some users may find it necessary to refill the reservoir. Perhaps our how-to video would be helpful. Here is a link: https://youtu.be/Ia46JK-TvpE
You will make a mess. I’m not sure how using this is supposed to be better than flossing. I’m sticking with my string floss.

We are sorry that you found the unit to be messy. It sounds like the how-to video would be helpful. It has great tips on how to use the product effectively while not making a mess. Here is a link to that quick video here: https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/products/dental-water-flosser/WP-450/
This i a great product. After I brush, I am amazed how much debris I can waterpik from around my teeth. Makes me feel orally squeaky clean. There is a learning curve in handling it, getting oc=ver the awkwardness of the large water chamber, but it's so worth it!
