I bought a portable Waterpik because I travel a lot. Unfortunately in my first trip I used it in Europe at 220V. It happened yesterday. It happens that the stock charger only works for 120V, unlike any other carger of any other known brand. The charger was burned, I couldnt use it even once. Do not buy if you plan to travel with it overseas.

Worthless and doesn't work as it says it should. Fills the mouth with water no matter how it's set.... Plumbing system in it doesn't work as it says it should.

Cannot Believe I Have To Carry Around Another Plug

I bought this model so that I could take it on trips. So to find it have it's own unique plug rather than using what has become the defacto standard USB charging is HIGHLY disappointing. There is no reason for this (though I guess it's a small revenue source from customers who lose theirs). In today's world where we are mobile and use so many electric devices to carry around unique plugs for each is silly and shows to me a lack of understanding your customer's needs. The device works fine, but this one point makes it a one star to me.

Water everywhere

I just bought the cordless version for my daughter who has very crooked bottom teeth and regular flossing is very hard. We used it last night for the first time, and my bathroom was soaked after using. Water on our clothes, walls, mirrors. The pressure was so hard even on the low setting. We started out with the pik in her mouth like the video said. But it was just very awkward. I was hoping this was something my 8 yr old could do by herself but after our fiasco last night, I'm going to have to supervise her. I just wish we could adjust the water pressure more than just low and high. I have my doubts. Not impressed but will give it a few more days to see if it gets easier before returning.
