Charge won't last and finally failed

The first flosser last about 6 months so I phoned and they sent a replacement in December. However, the replacement Waterpik has stopped working after 6 months.
I followed all the instructions given and it still failed.
Waste of money.

It does not do near as well as the counter top model, and it’s much messier to use. I only chose this because I do not have room for the counter top model.

For the money that I paid for this product, it lives up to it's a standards. Only thing I would change, would be for the ability of the water to shut off once you let go of the button.

What a disappointment. Worked great kept my gums clean flushed out debris between teeth but it just died ! Changed out batteries 2x tosssd it in trash can .
