My daughter as braces, so it helps her to floss easier on day i caant do a deep clean. I just wish it would make such a water mess in process using the waterpik.

A friend recommended it, I bought it, I regret it. It is less than a month old, but it must be recharged almost daily--never a good sign!! Stops in mid-use and spray is very weak.

We are sorry to hear you are having this difficulty. This model does not feature charge indicator lights, following a charge schedule is recommended. If the device is used once a day or less, it is recommended to be charged once a week, overnight. If used twice a day or more, charge more frequently. Really enjoy this Water Flosser. My very first. Took me a while to get used to it. Was surprised it took me more that what the reservoir held, always had to refill it. That was a real negative at first but I'm doing better and some times do make it. Guess I still have things to learn as I always have to rinse the whole unit off when done. But sure does help my teeth. I know there is a unit with larger reservoir but that one just takes up too much counter space. Thanks for making this fine product. Would highly recommend it.
