Poor battery life

I purchased this product 5 times and every time the battery gone with no enough power to spill water out and cannot to the cleaning work within a few months (3-5 months). The last time, the battery last even only 3 weeks to go dead. I'm very disappointed.

Too bulky to handle, constantly have to fill small water reservoir, and is SOOOOOO LOUD.
Plan to return and bought a traditional waterpik. The up side is that it is mobile. Do not recommend.

We are sorry you are unhappy with the unit. The product is a motor-driven appliance, and as with other common household motor-driven appliances, some noise is normal. This model was designed to be small as it is intended for those who travel and/or have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once.
