This is the second waterpik that I have purchased. I find that this new one has more power at the low level than my old one (probably bought 6-7 years ago), but I find that the reservoir is emptied much faster. Therefore, I need to do the job more quickly or refill the reservoir and start again. Nevertheless, I like the waterpik and will continue to use it diligently.

It would be helpful if there was a way to stop the water flowing once it is out of your mouth. Have drenched the bathroom several times because the on/off switch is not very convenient. Otherwise, it works.

I am really enjoying my new waterpik! I have been using it a few weeks now and am use to how it operates. I am still using it on the low setting because that seems to be enough for now. I am very happy it works well because they no longer make the floss that I liked. I only gave this waterpik four stars out of five because I think it would be nice to have a battery indicator on the device so you know when it is fully charged (even though you can time it yourself).
