Works very well, but a little awkward when using on the inside face of teeth. Being cordless makes it easy to manipulate and the water reservoir is quite sufficient -- not to worry if you need more, just refill

It is heavy. I had a problem turning it on and off without spraying water everywhere. Also you need to fill the water reservoir several times to do one pass in your mouth. I like that it is more compact than the table top model and it is portable.

I purchased this Water Pik when I had my braces put on about a month ago. Overall I like it a lot. It gets the job done and works very well. My only complaint is that I can't open the water chamber (besides the little circular latch to add water), to clean it easily.
Beyond that, it's perfect.

Hello Mikeyman2 - We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the WP-450 model. A fully charged battery will typically last 6-8 reservoirs of water. If the Water Flosser is used once a day or less, it is recommended to be charged once a week, overnight. If used twice a day or more, charge the unit more frequently. Typically an overnight charge is sufficient to fully charge the unit. The unit does come with a two-year warranty. this product is good, but just not great. the water in the waterpik runs out pretty fast, so you’ll have to keep adding more water. Overall though it works just like any other waterpik, just not too many pressure modes.

Hello Evan Desir - We appreciate your feedback. The unit is designed small for those who travel and/or have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to refill the reservoir. The pressure for this model is not as powerful as our counter top models, however; this does not make it any less effective.
