4 stars because you have to keep the bottle level/straight up once the water gets so low. Can not turn the bottle certain ways when it reaches a certain water level.

Great product last for many years

I bought this product 5-6 years ago, I loved it and used the water flosser every night. but the last couple of days the recharger doesn't work, so I can't use it. Now I'm searching to buy a new one same brand as Waterpik with a different recharger.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased the water-pic because I'm disabled and have trouble flossing because of my hands. Every time I use it I end up taking a shower and so does my mirror, sink and floor... I even use the low setting and doesn't make a difference and if I hadn't opened it I would return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cordless flosser plus the jet tip is messy. They say to lean over the sink after placing tip in mouth they are serious. I didn’t like the feel of the weight in my hand. It felt cumbersome. Cordless is nice but this is bulky. I wished the speed and pressure control where switched my finger kept turning it off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
