Water tank compartment

I love my waterpik but the bottom of the compartment that holds the water is looking gross because it's hard to get all the water out of it. I tried cleaning it with bleach and baking soda but it still looks dirty. Can I purchase a replacement for the water compartment or is there some other way of cleaning it?

I really like this unit. I had a similar one a while back which lasted a long time. It works perfectly and the various tips are so helpful for managing multiple needs. My only issue is that it is really hard to empty all of the water out of the container.

Battery life great, not as powerful as the plugged in waterpik but adequate for travel. Also had to get used to filling it twice for full mouth flossing. Some might be ok with just one fill but I felt like it ran out too quickly before my mouth felt truly clean. Definitely a great purchase for travel though.

The water tank is smaller than older versions of this product and does NOT hold a sufficient supply of water to do a decent job of flossing. Contrary to the product claims, It does NOT hold a 45 second supply.
