Best thing I have ever used in my whole life makes my teeth nice and shiny and feel like they're clean when I put my tongue on my tooth LOL why hahaha gets all the crusty froggies off my teeth I feel like a brand new man
The toothbrush works great, except for one thing. There is no setting for lower, gentle brush speed. It brushes too hard.

My dentist told me to buy this one but it didn’t come with pocket pic and when I purchased one it popped off and wouldn’t stay on. What a waste of money

Hello Hilary - The Pik Pocket Tip will fit. However, this is a specialty tip used for delivering medicaments to a periodontal pocket, which can require precise placement during use. You may find that a countertop unit is better suited for this more precise placement. If you are looking for a general tip for everyday use with a cordless model, we recommend the Classic Tip or the Plaque Seeker Tip.
great product, works very well, stays charged for over two weeks

Pros & Cons

The first thing I noticed about this cordless /rechargeable waterpik was the lack of any charge indicator. I can't think of any other rechargeable appliance I have that doesn't have SOME type of charge indicator (most with color change, to indicate full charge). I find this lack to be problematic, since it leaves you to guess if there's an adequate charge for use. The water reservoir is removable, although I'm not sure why: if you try to fill the tank while separate from the unit, the water just flows out the back. The water pik functions well, and it's convenient not having the cord and hose to bother with (like the countertop units). The smaller (than countertop units) tank size does require a refill or two to do a complete job. I'm still on the initial charge, so I can't comment on battery life yet...
I feel like this is a good idea but it feels too big and awkward in my hand and I actually hurt my gums with it on low pressure. Also you can get all the water out of the tank when you are done using it.

Hello Jade63- I am sorry for your experience. From what you are sharing, it sounds like a countertop unit would be a better option! The countertop units have a pressure of 10-100 PSI. The lower pressure would work well for sensitive gums. The unit does have a 30-day money-back guarantee. We would be happy to help. You can email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or call 1-800-525-2774.
This product serves its purpose but is short of exceptional because the reservoir limitation and it should include a carrying case. I would recommend this product with reservations. It’s priced reasonably considerably its shortcomings.

Hello - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to see that you were not completely happy with your purchase and will pass your comments on to our team. This model is designed small, as it is intended for travel and for those with little counter space. Some users may need to fill the reservoir more than once.
