I like the product. The clip at the bottom that attaches the water element to the base broke fairly quickly, while disappointing, this does not seem to impact performance.

Purchased this handheld "travel" version of a Waterpik to reduce the weight of my suitcase when flying. Compared to my counter top WP at home, this is not the same level of WP. I found the shape cumbersome, the water chamber only worked properly when held in a direct up & down orientation, not really practical or usable for the back side of my lower teeth. No pumping action when tilted upside down. If this were my first experience with a WP device, I would CERTAINLY upgrade ASAP. Since this device is only for "travel", I found that I used it more successfully when I took the unit into the shower. That way, I found it much easier to repeatedly refilling the water chamber. Also, even on maximum pressure setting, I found the pulses to be much weaker than my countertop model at home. Just a so, so impression. I'll only use it 2-3x a year. Sorry WP. Just being honest.

I like this Waterpik especially the large reservoir. My previous product delivered a measured amount of water, so I did have a period of adjustment to this type of flow.
