Charging Issues

Bought this to replace a previous WP-400 whose battery died prematurely. It's absurd that the new one includes only a charging cord that fits a USB charger (not provided and not obviously necessary from the packaging) and that the new one won't accept the charger from the old one.
I use this unit daily instead of flossing with string. My arthritic fingers wont do the string anymore so this is wonderful. It leaves my mouth feeling so CLEAN. It was recommended by a dentist as a super alternative to flossing.
A friend suggested I try this model because you can floss in the shower. I am not a fan of that and prefer the corded model. I have regrets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor battery life

Battery life was very poor. It stopped holding a charge several months after I started using it regularly. I replaced this rechargeable model with an AC powered one, which worked much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
