There's no way to add water through the small hole without spilling it all over the place. And it holds much too little water for an adequate flossing. I used the item 3 times and went back to manual flossing.

Would like it’s on its last leg and never know if it is fully charged. The light flashes all the time it is plugged in. Need to be constantly charged. I have a watch I only need to charge once a month, my sonic electric toothbrush only needs charging every 2-3 weeks. I would not buy this again.
