This product is a good idea. Only issue I see is that is bulky and hard to hold for people with small hands. Also doesn't hold a lot of water . Have to refill several times during each use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

does what it's supposed to and very comfortable in my hand... but this is the first rechargeable device I've owned that has no indication of when it needs charging (it just dies) or when it is charging (plugged in) or when it's finished charging. No one thought of this?

Lousy battery life, reservoir too small

Mine had a reservoir seal that failed after 9 months, and a battery that failed after 15 months (3 months after warranty). The battery cannot be replaced... so since I have to buy a replacement I am looking for an alternative brand. Lastly, the charging system had no indicator so you can't tell how the charging is going.... and the reservoir is too small for more than one pass.
Battery operated Flosser is a good idea if it worked. The registered one is a replacement for one that I had about a month then it stopped working. I could hear the buzz of the "motor" with no water coming out. Same thing happened with the replacement although it never worked at all. Shame , I really liked the original electric Waterpik Flosser. What a disappointment!!
I have been using my new waterpik about once a day for about a month. I like it. It does what I wanted. It was a good price. I wanted to try out the concept before spending more money. I think I might upgrade soon to something a little easier to turn on-off. I keep wishing I could stop the thing to reposition it, and to hit the stop, I always accidentally move the thing to a position that sprays water on my counter. I don't think everyone would have that problem. I want to use it for a specific problem area and that area is tricky to get at. The water reservoir only lasts for one use.

I bought it for my daily cleaning routine, I have braces recently and search truougth the websites to find dentist aproved products..people gave great reviews to the Waterpick so I give it a try.. I use it everyday but is not that great.. The battery is not that powerful to have that after dentist visit feeling in your teeth.. Still have to floss after use .. Not like the reviews said.. For me is overpriced for a product that is comparable to a dentist cleaning feel...☹️

There were no directions with the product. I do not know how to hold it, how often to use it, how often to charge it. There should have been step by step directions to make it easy for me.
