It was poorly designed. Trying to hold it upright so that the reservoir does not spill is hard, and you have to reach into your mouth to rotate the nozzle. It is not very ergonomic and tends to slip from the hand. Overall, a poor choice and I will try another system by another maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product needs improvement. Years ago I had a counter top Water Pik. This one doesn't show how much water is in it & it doesn't indicate when it needs to be recharged. I like this model because it is easier to transport when I travel .

After years of being chastised by my dentist for not flossing, they suggested Water Pik. I had one at home, and found myself hooked on using it. Then my next business trip came up, and I wondered how to continue my newly acquired good flossing habits. A little internet research and I now own the WP-360. While the design is a little cumbersome, and I wish the water compartment held a little more water, it works great and is a great solution for travel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The package clearly states that it is good for braces but that isn't the case. It does an OK job of flossing, I wish I would have paid the extra money and got a different product. I attempted to order the orthodontic assesories but according to the site they are not made for this model.
