Does the job easily, and doesn't take up too much space. Some reviews say water "sprays everywhere!". Very simple to use. Put tip in your mouth, tilt your face over the basin, and THEN turn it on. Boom! The water sprays between your teeth and goes down the drain. Instructions are included, by the way.

This is our third one in 2 years. The first one was replaced under warranty, I just bought the 3rd one instead of calling again. If this one doesn't last longer I will not buy another one.
