This is the first time I've owned a Waterpik and I've only used it a couple of times. I guess it's doing what it should, but I was expecting the water stream to be a bit more forceful; perhaps that would damage the gums one is trying to make / keep healthy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this with advice from dental hygienist . Hoping it helps in keeping teeth I good shape. Good power. Have to use deep sink to fill due to height of water receptacle. Bathroom sink does not work.

Works well but I have been through 3 of them in the past couple of years or so. Can't the battery be replaced of made to last longer? The latest one is the best so far (Feb. 2016) that I've had.
