This product has absolutely NO POWER behind it. The water just trickles. I had a Waterpik 20 years ago that had real power and cleaned amazingly.

Thank you for your feedback. We do carry multiple models to choose from on our website: https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/products/ that include a greater pressure range.
After soaking everything around me on my first attempt to use my new Waterpik, I quickly mastered the art! Just for comparison, I washed my mouth out with water and then went to the "pik"; the pik ruled supreme, finding hidden food particles. Five stars for the Waterpik!!
The dentist said I needed to floss. I told him I didn't like to floss and wasn't good at it. He suggested a water pick. I bought one and thoroughly feel like it's doing a great job. It looks great, too!
I am 90 and have upper and lower implants. I have used over the years 2 of the model WP-60W. This new one I thought would be handy, it does not hold enough water, have to fill up 2 or 3 times and it is messy and awkard to usw. Wish I could trade it in for another WP-60W. Please help. Thanks

We are sorry you are having issues with this model. It is designed for portability, so it holds less water than our countertop models like the WP-60. We also have a how to use video that might be helpful here: https://youtu.be/N3vqMINKtWQ.
