This is the very first one I have ever used. As I began I could see bits of food coming out, also a piece of a filling. Hadn't expected that. I started with the low pressure nozzle so I was a bit surprised.
I previously owned an old, full-sized water pik I loved and thought this one would be more convenient; however, it doesn't hold enough water, cannot be used at odd angles and doesn't seem to be strong enough to really clean.
Wow! Look what I've been leaving in my teeth. Waterpik on low pressure works for me better than brushing and flossing. Although I use a regular soft brush first and paste, then the waterpik, then a rinse. My teeth are very happy now. No more bad breath, just clean teeth, even after a steak!
There is too much water streaming out in comparison with past models I have used. The rapidness of the water stream takes away from my focusing on the gumline, instead just going through the motion before the water runs out. The blue of the water storage is too dark to see the water level.
