I have only owned my Waterpik for a little over a month and when it fell off the counter, the blue pik broke. I had to become McGiver to pry out the broken off piece but still couldn't get the entire piece out of the base. I loved using the Waterpik. I don't like flossing so this was a better option for me. I watched trapped food be washed away even after brushing for 2 minutes. Right now I am stuck with a brand new Waterpik I can't use and it is a bummer. Maybe there needs to be an eject button for the pik in the event that the pik breaks off below the collar. Just a suggestion.
I have used mine for 2 weeks and can feel a big difference on my gum line.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't remove the spout or whatever you call it and there are no directions how to do so in English in the online users manual. But there are in Spanish, of which I am not a fluent speaker. Is there some way somebody can fix this? I don't speak Spanish.
I LOVE my Waterpik. This is my second one. It is so much simpler than flossing and does a great job in those hard to get at places. I have gotten rave reviews on my dental hygiene from my dentist ever since using the Waterpik.
I bought this waterpick model WP360 a month ago. When I first purchased the waterpik I wanted to use for cleaning around my permanent retainer. I had waterpik model WP100W before when I had braces and it was perfect. This one does not have the same cleaning pressure as the other. The only reason I swapped was for space saving on the counter. I will bring the old model back out on the shelf.
