I really like this product and this is 4th one I have owned. I live in areas with very hard waters. This shortens the life of these tools significantly. I also have a need to be able to adjust the flow to meet my needs for a 'softer clean'. I have bought the adjustable one and it too died with our waters. Its adjustable was still a bit too strong on low. How about another tip for even softer cleaning?

I am very pleased at how all the food is removed from between my teeth. Floss and toothpicks have been used prior to using the waterpik and still lots of debris comes out with the waterpik
