the waterpik itself is very good & useful. My criticism is that you need to make the availability of tip replacements easier at the same stores that sell the unit. That way the unit can be more useful in the home for more than one person & easier to follow your instructions to replace the tips on a periodic basis! in the past I had one of your larger 'waterpik' products. this one was recommended to my wife by our Dental clinic.

I purchased this for my 9 year old who recently had braces placed on his upper teeth. He is able to fill the water reservoir and keeps it charged himself. Works great at removing those food particles stuck in his metal. He loves it.

It was recommended by our dental hygienist. It works well, but I think the next time I will buy the counter top model. I think you have better control over the counter top model. This hand held model has to be recharged at least once a week if used every day.
