I bought my first one 4 years ago and I love it!! That one finally gave out, and I went to the store and bought the exact same model. I have improved my gums, and you don't realize how much food is still in your teeth even after brushing.

I have really enjoyed using my Waterpik for about a month. Last night it slipped from my wet hands into the sink and the plastic pik part broke off at the shaft. Now my new pik is useless. Anyway to get a replacement?
