I love the portability and rechargeability of the new Waterpik. We had one of the original ones! Be prepared for mini showers until you get used to it. I find it easiest to use leaning over my bathtub to contain the spray and overflow.

Waste of money

Model WP360W is a waste of money. It is too tall to fit under a sink faucet, so must be filled from another container. When filling, the dark plastic on the reservoir makes it impossible to see the water level, causing frequent overfilling and the need to dry off the appliance before use. This process must be repeated at least 3 times to get adequate cleaning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

#2 trying to get the right angle so that the water doesn't stray too far that it doesn't come out the spout can be frustrating. #3 The opening to fill the reservoir isn't large enough without using a cup with a spout.

I don't like this model that has the water reservoir because when using it, the water from my mouth runs down on the unit..It won't work properly unless it's held upright. I didn't realize until after my purchase that Water-Pik makes a unit that has a separate cup to disperse the water while using it. I'm sorry I bought this particular Water-Pik, but it's not returnable since I have used it!

I like how it worked. Mine stopped after about 5 months. Can't see through the dark tank. Sort of counterintuitive.

This is the third one of this model that I have bouught.
Each one after a short time (don't know the exact time) just quit on me. I would hope that you would replace it or you would have one that continues to work longer than a year.
