I wanted a hand-held water flosser, as opposed to a wand, that was not too powerful. This has two nozzles; but since it utilizes the universal attachment, I am able to use the nozzle I prefer from my old wand. The orientation of the nozzle can be rotated to give a better position of the switches while in use. Those are both very nice features. It is still a bit bulky, but it is the best for me of what is available. It cannot be used internationally, so I can't take it on a cruise; but I can do without for that amount of time. The tank can be washed in the dishwasher, and it is easy to keep clean. My husband prefers a more vigorous water flosser, so it is not for everyone; but it is right for me.
