Very comfortable design and is able to contain enough water to perform the job. However, make sure that your faucet to sink bottom distance is long enough to accommodate the WP-360...mine is not. Have had to use a cup to perform the water fill.
My dentist recommended I start using a waterpic to help heal my gum problems, since I began using the Waterpic, along with flossing and brushing, my gum health and dental checkups have been much better.
My waterpick fell off the counter and the tip broke off. It is impossible to remove the base of the tip to put the other one in. Plus, it is very heavy and cumbersome to use. A total waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry your tip broke. The tip eject button is located directly above the "ON" button-pressing and holding the eject button should allow you to remove the broken piece. Please contact our customer service team for additional assistance: 1-800-525-2774.
