This model makes me wish I'd spent more and gotten a more versatile and hopefully more powerful model. It's adequate, but I'm not sure it's really better than just flossing. The reservoir is too small to make it through a single use, and the instructions about how often and how long to recharge the battery aren't clear. A light on the unit to indicate that it's fully charged would be very helpful.

works great for about 2 months, then battery won't accept full charge, and it gets weaker and weaker day after day, until it hardly works at all. i had same experience wit three previous versions.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with this model. The unit is designed small as it is intended for those who travel and/or have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once, The pressure is controlled by the jet tip that you use. The blue jet tip is for low pressure and the clear jet tip is for high pressure.

The start, stop and detach buttons are placed too closely together and hard to distinguish while trying to keep the pulsating water from spraying across the room. Water chamber is difficult to detach for cleaning. Instructions were a bit terse for uninformed users. Price seemed high. Still, the best model I could find for home usage.

The charger stopped working on the WP-360 after a couple of weeks....I got a replacement and the charger stopped working on that one as well after a couple of weeks.....based on my experience your cordless WP-360, the product is junk.
