Purchased my Water Pik Flosser about 2 months ago. It worked great and I was very happy with how well it worked. However, when the battery went dead on it, I plugged it in to recharge and it didn't. 48 hours on a charge and I couldn't get a groan out of it. My husband took it apart, and said he thinks the motor got wet. He dried it out and voila, the motor was running again. However, no water was comint out of the tip. Once again, myhusband looked at it and took it apart and cleaned it out. Now it has been working fine for about a week with no more issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clumsy and awkward! You have to hold it up straight to keep the water flowing. We bought it because we love our water pic we use at home, and hoped this would allow us to continue with our improved hygiene camping and on trips.

I bought this I'm and works ok but the latch for the tank broke off within three days. Talked to others and they also had same issue. Company needs to address this issue.

This cordless Pik does a great job getting rid of all the food in between the teeth and any pockets!! Took me several tries to make it run smoothly. Now - it's easy. A must for all who want to really take care of their teeth..
