Wanted one to use in shower but it needs too much filling and is not powerful. They should have one that hooks to shower head.

We are sorry you are not completely satisfied with the product. The pressure for this model is not as powerful as our counter top models, however; this does not make it any less effective. This model is designed to be small as it is intended for those who travel and/or have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. It does not replace flossing! If I use it without flossing, I still have food and plaque on my teeth afterwards. It is hard to maneuver in the mouth because it is so bulky and too heavy.

It worked great for the first three weeks I had used it. But now it won't shoot out the water at all. It's charged and turns on but nothing happens!!!!! So I can't use it!

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty. What you are describing indicates the jet tip is likely clogged. You can clean the jet tip by soaking it in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes. Or, it may be time to replace it. We recommend replacing them every three to six months. Batteries don't last

We bought one of these at our local Walgreens after our last portable unit started failing (after a year or so). This one lasted less than 6 weeks. The batteries don't hold enough charge to make it through a tank of water.
