Having previously used and enjoyed a liquid floss/cleaning system, I looked forward to my new Waterpik. However, it has been a major disappointment. The force of the liquid is excessive and is not adequately controlled/adjusted by the two nozzles. In addition, the on-off buttons are small and difficult to use, especially when trying to stop the excessive liquid flow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I never used a water pik product before, and my dental hygenist suggested that I purchase one. I am so glad that I did. I enjoy using it. It is very easy to use and my gums and teeth feel so clean after I use it. I wish I had purchased this product years ago.

The on/off buttons are not easy to start and stop. The pic should be placed in your mouth when you start or else water gets squirted all over. In that position you cannot see the buttons. The buttons must be pressed hard to activate or turn off.
