I have had this product for about a month. I was surprised to see it took 24 hours for the initial battery charge, and called customer service to see how long this charge lasts, and how long and often subsequent charges would take. The person I spoke with did not know, just said not to let it completely run out or it would again need 24 hours to charge.. This model definitely needs an indicator light. I am also disappointed that the pik only runs for 30 seconds at a time. None of this was indicated on the box, or I would never have purchased it. I trusted the brand and thought the price indicated quality.

I'm not to happy with this waterpix. It needs the on/off button as you have your finger ON the button its ON, take finger OFF it OFF and water stops coming out. Because I didn't remember to push the off button and I would have water shooting out on the counter or floor.
