I purchased this a couple of months ago because after 5 years my larger WATERPIK
cord had broken. I needed a smaller device because of a lack of counter space in this bathroom. . I use the more powerful tip and it works great. The water reservoir holds enough water to do half of the mouth. I probably would prefer the next larger size to be able to clean the entire mouth. However I am a firm supporter of your product. One of your representatives sent me a replacement cord for my older one and it works perfectly. I thank her for her knowledge and professional and caring way.

I like this portable device a lot! The footprint is small, but it packs a punch and leaves you with a wonderfully clean mouth! I use one tankful for my bottom teeth, then refill and use a second tank for my upper teeth twice a day. It’s keeping my nice teeth nice and healthy! :)
