I have been unable to even try this product. I cannot remove the tank to clean it. Guess I should have cleaned it and used it before I practiced how to disassemble and reassemble it. At least that way I could have used it a few times.

Waterpik is a well know brand for flossers , however, I am a little disappointed by the design of this portable water flosser. The water reservoir does not hold enough water for a single use, and since there is no tubings or straws you cannot tilt the flosser for water won’t get through. I like the fact that it is powerful, but at the same time, will be too stronge for children.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello - We are sorry that you're disappointed with the reservoir on the WP-360. The reservoir is designed small for travel and for those who have limited counter top space. Some users may refill the reservoir more than once.Although we recommend our products for children 6 +, maturity is also something to consider. Just keep in mind that we always recommend adult supervision when the product is being used by children of any age.

I purchased this product after reading the product reviews. This product was reviewed as one of the top ten waterpik for 2021. However, it's not as convenient as it stated in terms of functions. One speed for all so you will have to know how to tilt the waterpik. I am still learning how to manage the waterpik in different angles. I got bleeding from the inside of mouth and my gums every time I used it.
