I have had 3 of these, the most recent one purchased in September 2017 and it will not work. Previous ones had similar problem. I think water is leaking into the electronics and ionly put water in the device when I go to use it. I do not recommend this unit

It is not a comfortable fit in your hand. Also, I noticed after I got it home that there are chemicals in the flosser that cause cancer. I would not have purchased it if I had realized that in the store. I actually have the water flosser that sets on my bathroom vanity that I use most every day. If it had that same statement about chemicals, I did not notice it. I have had it for over two years I even gave one as a gift.
