After having some dental work done I asked for the WaterPik for Christmas.The Waterpik has helped and it's been the best. It came with two piks so my husband and I both use it and truly enjoy how it adds to our complete brushing techniques.

Purchased while waiting for replacement part for my WP100-W flosser and was disappointed with its user friendliness. Reservoir lid should lock in place while filling and be "unlocked" to return to closed position to operate unit. Compared to a similar unit bought 6 years or more ago, the reservoir size reduced its hand held griping use dexterity. Returned to WalMart for credit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have charged and utilized the waterpix according to the instructions. After two weeks of usage, the waterpix's battery becoming weak after 1 minute of usage. The batteries sustainability should be extended.
