Overall decent. It would help if the on-off buttons were spaced a bit better, and the reservoir was clear so you can see the water level. Also, the high speed tip is way too harsh to be used.
It’s light weight, easy to hold. Unfortunately it lacks power. Not a very strong stream of water. Unsure how effective it will be! Won’t replace flossing!
Could be better designed. Since one's recharging it continuously and because the contacts on the handle come in contact with water, a better design would have included a contactless base. This also would have made it easier to use, i.e. not having to yank out the plug all the time. An indicator light for the level of charge would be welcome, also.
People who have issues with their hands struggle to use this waterpik because the water tank is so tight to put back together.

Stopped working after 2 months

I bought this and loved it - while it worked. Stopped working less than two months after buying it. It charges overnight - 24 hours, then gets one burst of power (less than a second) and stops. Just read other reviews that say the same. Waste of money.
