This portable rechargeable unit is slippery and heavy wet. Third time I used it it slipped from my hand falling into the sink breaking the tube. It is a little bulky. The off switch should be the larger button as it is more important to shut it off than on. How about a momentary on/off switch? Release it and the unit shuts off. The eject button should not be so close to the on switch. Ever get shot in the eye while attempting to remove the tube? Can you put the battery and reservoir separate from the "pic" keeping the part you put in your mouth light. It does do a great job of removing food from between my teeth.

Need to include instuctions on how to clean!

I started out really liking the W-360 but there were NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED ON HOW YOU CLEAN THE UNIT!!!
I finally figured out that the flosser can be taken apart - the blue water reservoir detaches from the white base. I just about vomited because there was all this black mold and gunk in between these 2 parts. GROSSED ME OUT!
I thoroughly cleaned and disinfected both parts with mouthwash and a toothbrush. I have left it apart to dry.
From now on I will take this apart daily to clean and dry it.
WATERPIK: PLEASE INCLUDE THE CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS WITH YOUR PRODUCTS!

We are sorry that you had difficulty finding cleaning instructions. Please note that we do not recommend cleaning the product with mouthwash. We recommend distilled white vinegar be used instead. Detailed cleaning instructions (including how to take the unit apart) are located in the instruction manual that is included with the unit. They are on page 7 under the portion that says "Cleaning". Please find a link below that will take you to the online version of the instruction manual in the event that you no longer have the paper manual. I have had this now for a few weeks. I am very pleased with this product. It does not only seem to clean well, but it also make your mounth feel cleaner. I did have to learn to use it but once watching the video, and I had it down.
