This is my third in a year. Battery went bad on the first on and the on/off switch quit working on the second. I have registered this one so I can take advantage to the one year warranty. Really like the size and convenience, I use it daily with a little Listerine. Does a good job and tech who cleans my teeth says they look great, so it works. I recommend it, just be sure to register it.

Please call customer service at 1-800-525-2774 Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm Mountain time. Please note that at this time, registration is not necessary for warranty. A dated sales slip can be used. We also recommend that you run a clean reservoir of water through the unit after mouthwash is used to flush any residual mouthwash out of the water pathway. This will help prevent buildup.

BOUGHT THE WATER PICK PORTABLE A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND IM NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH THE WATER STRENGTH. I ALSO OWN TWO REGULAR WATER PICKS WHICH HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT.

I bought this one in January and already is shot, It has lost it's power in flossing my teeth. I have to buy one every year. This last one is a little over a month old and is ready for the trash. I charge it all the time after i use it.I wish they would sell a rebuilding kit for these.I guess it's time to buy a different brand. Tired of throwing good money after a bad product:
