Do not bother with this unit. Thank goodness it was a gift and I didn't spend my money on this gadget. It holds a miniscule amount of water and it is underpowered as well. Sorry but this is a Fail for me. Although in a camping or backpacking situation it may suffice for a few days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello David_K - We are sorry you are unhappy with the WP-360 model. The model was designed small as it is intended more for those who travel and for those with little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. The pressure for this model is not as powerful as our counter top models, however; this does not make it any less effective.

I like a waterpik. I had a combo with the toothbrush before. I am disappointed in this stand alone. Power is just not sufficient to clean like my old one. Tip seems wobbly too even thought I have checked that it is inserted correctly and it doesn’t leak around it.
