Like it for it’s compact features cleans very well almost too powerful but switch tips and it’s fine only downside it doesn’t hold enough water just have to refill once and it’s more than enough cleaning

I was advised to purchase this product by my dentist and so I did. However I found it too cumbersome to use. Holding the unit and trying to guide it around my teeth was difficult. Then my gums became irritated so I gave up on this unit.

Wish I'd seen the reviews before buying this one. Terrible waste of money. Only had it for about two (2) months and it won't charge. Couldn't even get the pik out of the holder without breaking it so it would go back in the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We sincerely apologize for the issue that you are having with the product. The jet tip can be removed by pressing the eject button that is located right above the on switch. The unit does carry a warranty. We would be happy to assist you and open a warranty claim if needed.
