Received this as a wedding gift, used it 3-4 times and now it just makes a lot of noise and NO water coming out. We used bottle water in it as we are aware that
our water here in Las Vegas is high in calcium and lime.

In my opinion it was a BAD design to start with, very bulky and not so easy to maneuver at just the angle.
I am glade it was a gift, as I would have been very upset if had to pay for this

We sincerely apologize for the difficulty you have encountered with the product. The difficulty described does indicate that you likely have a clogged jet tip. The jet tip can become clogged from food debris at any time. You can confirm that this is the cause of the issue by trying the other jet tip that came with the unit. Or, you can try cleaning the jet tip by soaking it in distilled white vinegar for 10 -15 minutes. If you need any further assistance, we would be happy to help.
