I was gifted the Waterpik for my birthday. I had requested it and was excited to use it. The first time I tried it was very painful and made my mouth bleed but I thought maybe I had done it wrong and so I try it again. The second and third time it also hurt and cause my gums and mouth to bleed. This item is not for me.....

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the product. Please ensure that you are using the low pressure tip (blue). Otherwise, a countertop model may be a better fit. For those with very sensitive gums, our counter top models have a noticeably lesser pressure setting.

The WP-360 is lightweight, easy to use and works beautifully. Even after flossing, and brushing, it gets more stuff out. My dental checkups have improved as a result and it's a lot faster than flossing. I still do both, but not every time I brush.

I was really hoping to be happy with this product as I've had one before however I am not happy that the charging area where you plug the cord into has no cover and tends to get wet and I think that's going to make it get ruined very quickly

The charging port has a sealant inside that helps protect it from water.

I’ve been using this water pic model for a number of years. On on my 3rd or 4th unit. Battery can be recharged for about a year. I use after flossing and continued to be amazed at how much debris it removes.

My dentist said to buy this because I have an area of my gum that is chronically irritated. I have been using it for about 3 weeks and haven't noticed much change. But I'm sure this device isn't hurting anything, so I will keep using it and hope things improve.
